ounty is well-known throughout the state as one of the most progressive counties in its support of culture, arts and music. As Flagler County’s premier performing arts center, the Flagler Auditorium is a 1,000-seat venue used for professional performances, community performances and activities, and for Flagler County School District needs. e Auditorium o ers a large variety of entertainment: nationally touring Broadway plays, cultural programs, big bands, symphonies, family theater, and celebrity entertainment.
e mission of the organization is to enrich lives through inspirational and educational cultural experiences, make professional entertainment available at a ordable prices, nurture arts in education, provide grants and scholarships, and promote arts and culture throughout the community.
CITY REPERTORY THEATRE
Known by the locals as the “CRT,” this venue is devoted to providing “art for art’s sake” and the organization is known for its eclectic approach to art entertainment. You won’t always see your favorites here, or the same-old staid theatre standards. CRT o ers alternative entertainment; plays and programs to provoke the mind and the spirit while providing excellent opportunities for the serious actor to pursue his or her art. Long-considered a trend-setting theatrical venue, CRT is the only non-pro t theatre of its kind in Northeast Florida.

THE CASEMENTS
History bu s will want to pay a visit to e Casements, located just 13 miles south of Palm Coast. e Casements is a mansion in Ormond Beach famous for being the winter residence of the American oil magnate, John D. Rockefeller. e mansion is currently owned by the city of Ormond Beach and is used as a museum, cultural center and park. e Casements is located on a barrier island overlooking the Halifax River, which is now part of the Florida Intracoastal Waterway.

e Flagler Playhouse is dedicated to enriching and entertaining the community through “live” theatre performances. For more than three decades, the organization has provided hundreds of live shows, musicals, plays, and other artistic expressions for all ages and cultures in a comfortable and welcoming environment. As a non-pro t entity, Flagler Playhouse relies on the generous support and involvement of the community to ensure its continued success.
