& Associates (PMA).
Since the early 1980s, Parker Mynchenberg, a Daytona Beach native, has been practicing Engineering and Landscape Architectural Design in Volusia and Flagler Counties. Mynchenberg has licenses in multiple disciplines and is recognized as having vast knowledge in
all aspects of land development. Mynchenberg is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Engineering.
Since its inception in 1984, PMA has worked with many of the largest developers in the region to create some of the most iconic communities and developments in Daytona and Ormond Beach, such as Halifax Plantation, Plantation Oaks of Ormond Beach, Grand Reserve & Golf Club, and LPGA International. e rm has also worked on some of Flagler’s most successful communities, including Palm Coast Plantation, Shelter Cove and now, Marina del Palma.
Under the direction of Parker Mynchenberg, the rm combines a passion for real estate development with the pragmatic and detail-oriented approach needed to ensure that each community’s natural environment is maintained and that construction techniques and landscape designs are sustainable for the future.
SENIOR LAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
RAY FERRIS
With over 35 years of senior-level construction management experience, Ray Ferris leads the construction team to bring Sunbelt Land Management’s vision to life in Marina del Palma. Ray is responsible for directing the development and construction of the community’s infrastructure, including roads, utilities and landscaping.
He is also managing the design and construction of the clubhouse, boathouse, marina, and the condominium towers. His professional expertise and leadership are integral in turning this beautiful waterfront setting into a world-class, resort-style community.
A former senior construction manager with Welbro Construction, one of the Southeast’s largest construction rms, Ferris was responsible for the development and construction of the highly acclaimed Embassy Suites Resort in Anastasia Island, Florida. In addition, as a senior member of e Hardy Group, he oversaw the construction
of the Courtyard by Marriott resort in St. Augustine. roughout his career, Ferris has managed the development and construction of master-planned communities, commercial buildings, condominiums, and resort hotels throughout the country. He will bring his in-depth knowledge of architecture, design, land development, and high-quality construction techniques, to create what is destined to become one of Florida’s nest Intracoastal Waterway communities – Marina del Palma.
