MIKE HANSEN
Mike Hansen has enjoyed living in Palm Coast since 1979, when he moved from New York with his family as a young boy. His family was actively involved in the development of the city – his stepfather was the land manager and his uncle was the Vice President of ITT. Mike enjoyed his formative years growing up in the tranquil, seaside community and graduated from Flagler-Palm Coast High School in 1990.
Mike is a proud highly-decorated member of the U.S. Navy, where he served four years through three combat action tours and many “close calls.” After he returned from the military,
he received his A.S. in Business Management. He then went to work at Hansen’s Furniture,
a successful family-owned business located in Bunnell, Florida. Mike realized that his hometown was the best place to live for a boat lover like himself, so he returned for good in 1994.
Since 1994, Mike has been actively involved in buying and selling real estate for himself and
his family. His hobby became a profession in the early 2000s when he got his Florida real estate
license. In 2005, he began working with the Ginn Development Company at Hammock Beach. After much success on the Ginn sales team, he moved to the Carolinas and spent several more years selling luxury residential communities.
Mike married his high school sweetheart 21 years ago and has two children, who are both active in local sports. Mike and his family enjoy spending time on the water in one of his two boats. When Mike isn’t helping his clients nd their perfect place to live in Palm Coast, he spends his days exploring the beach, shing with family and friends, and coaching his son’s baseball teams and his daughter’s softball
“team.
For over 38 years, I have enjoyed living in Palm Coast, a small town that thrives on providing a safe and caring community for all its residents. I’ve traveled throughout the world and returned to Palm Coast to raise my two children here because it is the absolute best place to instill the traditional values I was raised on. Flagler Beach is the quintessential beach town you see in the
movies. Marina del Palma will be the perfect place for boaters to l”
their boat and all the shing and water activities nearby.
