CHRIS SOUZA
After visiting North Florida in 2006, Chris Souza fell in love with the rich culture and tranquil- ity he found in Fernandina, St. Augustine and Palm Coast. He wanted to raise his children in a more laid back and less-stressful environment, so he packed up his family and moved them from South Florida as soon as he could.
Chris has been a Florida real estate agent since 2013, where he began his award-winning career selling homesites with National Land Partners at such communities as Highland Lakes, Tupelo Plantation and Deep Creek Plantation. He also worked with US Land and Ranches, Epic Shores, Pretty Lake Ranch, and with Florida Waterfront Marketing at their Water Ridge community in Auburndale, Florida.
Chris enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife of 16 years, his two children, three dogs,
and a very spoiled cat. His family loves living the Florida lifestyle and takes advantage of being
close to the beach to surf and wave ride. He also enjoys biking along the miles of bike paths and
trails in the region, plays basketball on the city’s courts, and recently began playing volleyball. An avid sherman, Chris loves to spend time on the water with his son and brings home the catch of the day for his daughter to cook.
Chris is a devoted computer “nerd” and loves tearing computers apart and putting them back together. He is also competitive in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu martial arts and won rst place in 2014 in St. Augustine at Luis Palhares BJJ Tournament.
